Established in 1973, Simpson Kotzman is a leading building services consultancy operating within Australia. This position within the industry has been achieved through innovative design and an approach to engineering projects based on the following key strategies:

• Directors and senior staff maintain personal control of each project assigned to them - that is, the people nominated at proposal stage, or attending the interview, stay with the job to completion
• Briefing and the initial conceptual designs are viewed as fundamental to project success - only directors and senior personnel, therefore, are invovled in this critical stage
• Careful coordination of developing designs is maintained within the office and over any sub-consultants' by our experienced staff and the extensive use of CAD tools and office automation

Simpson Kotzman Pty Ltd is wholly owned by the Directors of the company.

The Directors are supported by experienced professional engineers, technical and administrative personnel from our total staff of around 40.
